To expedite the process, kindly include a clear photo showcasing the issue along with your message. We will investigate the matter promptly and offer a suitable resolution.
Cancellation and Modification: Once an order is placed on our website, it immediately enters the production process. Therefore, cancellations or modifications can only be made within an hour of placing your order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the specified timeframe.
